Training Centre Policies and Guidelines All training sessions are instructor-led. Prices are quoted per person per training
and taxes are included. Training materials, lunch (including vegetarian options) and
refreshments are also included. Registration – Please register on-line at
www.ppt.on.ca/training. Registrations
are also accepted by e-mail at training@
ppt.on.ca or phone at 416-961-0113, ext.
156. Registrations not paid for in full will Payment – Payment can be made by Visa
or MasterCard or cheque. Please make
cheques payable to Planned Parenthood
Toronto. Indicate the participant’s name,
workshop title and date with payment. Cancellation – A refund of training fee
minus a $10 administration fee will be
issued to participants who cancel their
registration up to 5 business days prior to
the training date. No refunds will be issued Changes – PPT reserves the right to
change the training, dates, instructors,
fees and/or regulations at any time, or
to cancel any training, for example, due
to under-enrollment, instructor illness or Communication – Every attempt is
made to contact participants prior to the
training. To ensure that you receive the
most accurate and up-to-date information,
please visit our website, www.ppt.on.ca/training, check your e-mail and retrieve
voice messages in the days leading up to Accessibility – The training location at 180
Bloor Street West is a wheelchair/scooter
accessible location. Please notify us at
time of registration if you will be using a
wheelchair/scooter or require any other Workshop Attendance – Please be
prompt for your training session as
instructors will start on time. Lateness may
result in being refused admittance. Please
be considerate and put all cell phones Certificate – A PPT Training Centre Certificate will be issued by PPT to each training participant. PPT does not certify an individual’s competency and/or ability to practice in a given field. |
