Workshop A: Introduction to Healthy Sexuality

Do you run programs or services and get questions about sex? Are you unsure of how to respond to those questions or where to get resources?

This training introduces theories and concepts of human sexuality and the factors that influence sexual development, sexual health and sexual activity. Learn how to answer commonly asked questions and how and where to refer people for appropriate services. Recognize the importance of values, attitudes, and beliefs in teaching and learning about sexual health. This workshop is designed for service providers who are new to sexual health or who want to brush up on their skills.
