TEEN PROGRAMMING

“Teens talking to teens about sex”

Planned Parenthood Toronto’s Teen Programming offers youth 13-19 years old three unique ways to get reliable information about sex.  Our Teen Sex InfoLine, now 15 years old, is a phone line that teens can call to speak to a trained teen volunteer in person, who can help them to find answers to their questions.  Our MSN services let teens use MSN chat to get in touch with trained teen volunteers through the Internet, and get real-time answers to whatever questions they have around sex, sexuality, puberty, and relationships.  Teens can also e-mail questions to volunteers, who will respond within three days.  Our Spiderbytes website is a fantastic resource, designed to make it easy for teens to find answers to all of the interrelated questions in a “sexual spiderweb”.  Plus, our services are non-judgmental, sex-positive, inclusive and pro-choice.

If you’re between 16 and 19 and would like to be a peer volunteer with PPT’s Teen Programming, please visit our volunteer opportunities.
